Outdoor living is encouraged by a variety of patios including a shaded and roofed outdoor zone integrated within the boundary of the house (600 SF). Interiors finished in concrete, adobe, and wood are grouped into two zones that separate social and private uses. Living, dining, kitchen, and office areas are in one zone (900 SF). Master suite, guest suite, and laundry are in a detached zone (900 SF).
